Expands leadership team as it anticipates exponential growth
ROCKLIN, Calif. – JLM Energy, a renewable energy and energy storage technology company, is growing its leadership team, adding four new vice presidents, including two former Sunrun Execs. Poised for significant growth, the company has added more than 20 new employees during the last year.
Farid Dibachi, Founder and CEO, said, “We are building a world class team at JLM Energy. Kraig and I are excited to have assembled a team of seasoned leaders to accelerate our culture of innovation and our passion for delivering value to our customers.”
“Scaling and managing our rapid growth over the next few years is our biggest challenge,” Dibachi said. “The overall industry is anticipated to have explosive growth as more states add time of use charges or end net metering for solar customers. With our leadership in place, we are prepared to accurately manage this exciting growth process.”
The emerging energy storage market is being driven by improved energy efficiency, the declining cost of solar and enhanced energy storage that is made possible by improved battery technology, creating a huge benefit to consumers. Federal tax incentives for solar plus energy storage systems are currently available for up to 30% of the total cost.
Additions to JLM’s leadership team include:
